Geri Lu Jurey

I grew up in Florida playing on the beaches and running barefoot through the sandy pine forests. When I was twenty, I moved to the Tennessee hills, bought a farm, and lived off the land. Yes, I was a flower child and a hippy. And I have always loved animals. When I was thirty I moved to California where I worked on both horse and cattle ranches. I went to the dogs in my late forties. It is a happy place to be. Currently, besides being an avid photographer, I own and manage a dog agility training center in Central California.

Along the way, I got a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from San Jose State University. I had an art studio at home until I went to the dogs...and  then I discovered digital photography!
